Publishing House is a structural unit, which works according to the law and normative documents of RHEI.

RHEI Publishing House started its work in 1997 in order to ensure the publication of   printed work for the needs of RHEI.

In the course of time RHEI Publishing House broadened the choice and amount of services, working not only in Latgale region, but also all around Latvia.
